INTERNATIONAL TRACKED WORLDWIDE DELIVERY VIA PARCEL FORCE (Free on orders over £50).                                   

Delivery with end-to end tracking.

Delivered within approximately 10-20 working days.

However, we are not be responsible for customs delays, bank holidays or any other delays related to parcel force.

Return/Cancellation

​

You have the right to cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 3-5  days following the day you receive the goods by e-mailing us at letistitch@gmail.com stating the order number, a description of the goods or services concerned and the reason why you want to return the goods.

 

If you cancel your order after the goods have been despatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Letistitch Ltd at your own risk and cost.

 

All returns are subject to the following conditions, except where the goods are faulty:

The product must be complete, new, unused and in a  re-saleable condition;

A proof of purchase must be supplied.

You cannot cancel your purchase when:

28 days have elapsed following receipt of the goods.

Until the time as you return the goods to us, you must take reasonable care of the item(s) and not use them. Any use of the delivered goods beyond that necessary to inspect the goods upon delivery will invalidate your right to cancel the purchase.

Track my order

 

To see the status of your order all you need is your tracking number. You should receive your tracking number via confirmation email once your parcel has been dispatched. If you have not received the email with tracking number, please check your spam. If you still are not able to find it, simply contact us via email export@letistitch.com.
